Duties
Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s language proficiency, learning style, and goals
Deliver interactive lessons that incorporate speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises

Use a variety of teaching tools and resources to keep lessons engaging and effective
Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and confidence-building
Track student attendance,
progress reports, and lesson outcomes accurately
Communicate clearly with students and parents (where applicable) about learning objectives and achievements
Skills
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English to diverse age groups and skill levels
Robust communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
Experience working with high school students is highly desirable, demonstrating understanding of age-appropriate teaching methods
Classroom experience or familiarity with educational settings enhances your effectiveness as a tutor
