Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, seasonal tire swaps, and basic inspections
Mount, balance, and repair tires safely and efficiently
Conduct visual vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors and technicians
Assist technicians with shop tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Follow all shop safety procedures and standards
Deliver excellent customer service by working efficiently and professionally

Experience & Qualifications:




Previous experience in a tire/lube or automotive environment is a requirement
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting tires, standing for extended periods)
Basic tools are an asset
