Job description:

Taylor Ryan is hiring a Superintendent for our General Contractor client.

Location: Edmonton
Industry: Commercial Construction
Project Scale: $10M - $50M

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all site operations, including safety, field teams, and subcontractors.
Keep the project on schedule and achieve key milestones.
Foster strong collaboration and clear communication with all stakeholders.

What You Bring:
10+ years experience as a superintendent on commercial projects.
Ability to run a project valued at $50M
Experienced in construction software would be a robust asset
Red Seal Certification or Gold Seal Certification would be an asset

Compensation & Advantages:
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 + Company vehicle
