The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

· A team player

· Self motivated

· Has great networking skills and strong social media presence

· Have excellent negotiating skills and possess a ‘closer’ mentality

· Have excellent follow-up skills

· Have excellent communication skills in English or French (French would be considered an asset)

Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year Automotive Sales Experience
OMVIC License required
Ability to drive Automatic & Manual vehicles
Valid G driver’s license.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.




Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
All applicants must be authorized to work in Canada
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing which includes criminal background checks and driver’s abstract.
