We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Line Cook to join our East Vancouver diner.

This is a full time, permanent position offering approximately 40 hours per week at $25 per hour. Shifts are during the daytime, typically starting at 7:00 a.m. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:
Prepare eggs, omelettes, eggs Benedict, pancakes, French toast and hash browns during busy breakfast service
Prepare burgers, sandwiches, fryer items and other lunch dishes
Complete daily food preparation, portioning and restocking
Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Keep the cooking line, equipment and work areas clean and organized
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
Work closely with the chef and other kitchen staff

Requirements:
Previous breakfast line-cooking experience is required




Able to prepare multiple egg orders quickly and correctly
Reliable, punctual and available for early-morning and weekend shifts
Able to remain organized during busy service
Comfortable completing both cooking and preparation duties
Must maintain a clean workstation and work well with others
