Employment Type: Full-time/part-time (currently available)

Successful Candidate :
One or more years of experience in optometry or eye care
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle stress effectively, be highly organized, and work well with others and independently
Qualified appearance and attitude at all times
Willingness to learn new skills

Job responsibilities:
Patient scheduling and reception
Arranging referrals
Answering calls and greeting customers/patients in a skilled manner
Placing orders and receiving payment for private examinations, eyewear, contact lenses, etc.
Insurance billing and recalls administration
Pre-testing, eye testing,



and patient care (ongoing training is provided)
Dispensing frames and lenses, including spectacles and contact lenses
Monitoring and maintaining office supplies
