No previous rubber lining or industrial manufacturing experience? No problem.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your skills and career path, responsibilities may include:
Assisting production teams with day-to-day manufacturing activities
Material handling and shop organization
Preparing parts and equipment for production
Supporting blasting, painting, rubber lining, fabrication, or shipping departments
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Learning specialized skills through hands-on training

As you develop within PRI, there may be opportunities to move into:
