Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and preparation
Assist in setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean dining setting




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cashiering, billing, and upselling activities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required

Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
