Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Evening Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales prospects
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations
Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as needed
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts




Provide guest services that exceed expectations, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and change calculations
Experience in food industry roles including serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is advantageous
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
