WE’RE HIRING — CAR SALES ASSISTANT

HOURS: EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED FULL TIME

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and friendly Car Sales Assistant to join our busy dealership team!

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in vehicles, and is comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting.

Responsibilities may include:
Assisting the sales team with customers and vehicle inquiries
Taking and uploading vehicle photos
Posting and updating vehicle advertisements
Keeping vehicles and the sales lot organized
Helping prepare vehicles for customer appointments and deliveries
Answering phones and assisting customers
Completing basic paperwork and administrative duties
Helping wherever needed to keep the dealership running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who:




Is reliable and punctual
Has great customer service and communication skills
Is organized and able to multitask
Works well independently and as part of a team
Is comfortable using computers and social media
Has a valid driver’s licence
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Automotive experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
