Busser / Food Runner — Growth Opportunity

Casa Catrina Mexican Restaurant & Bar is looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser / Food Runner to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the restaurant business, gain serving and bartending experience, and grow within the company. We are happy to promote from within when team members demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
Run food and drinks to tables quickly and accurately
Transparent and reset tables efficiently
Assist servers and bartenders during busy periods
Keep the dining room, service areas, and stations clean and organized
Help with opening and closing duties
Support the team wherever needed during busy service
Provide friendly and skilled service to our guests
Learn our menu, service standards, and restaurant operations

Shift Lead / Supervisor

What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team player who is willing to help wherever needed
Good communication and customer-service skills
Willingness to learn and take direction
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
Must be comfortable standing and being active for extended periods
Evening and weekend availability is an asset

Please note: This position requires ProServe certification (or the ability to obtain it) because the role involves running alcoholic beverages to guests. You must meet all applicable legal requirements to perform these duties.
