Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive guest services to enhance their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS systems, including Micros POS, ensuring quick and productive service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining food safety protocols
Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations and uphold quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including dining spaces, kitchen, and food handling stations
Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing friendly recommendations to guests

Skills




Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with solid customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for transactions, inventory counts, and order accuracy
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude that promotes guest satisfaction
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
