Cip1.com in South Surrey, BC is looking for a hardworking, positive individual to fill a full time position in our sales department. The successful applicant must have superior customer service skills, a friendly attitude and be a rapid learner. Knowledge of Aircooled Volkswagens is a plus but not required.

The main focus of this position is providing support to our customers; this includes, taking phone orders, providing parts advice and assisting with customers with the use of our website to search and find the items they are looking for, as well as answering emails and customer messages from our website. Some secondary duties would be identifying and fixing stock/item issues, attending to walk in customers, collecting payments for orders, as well as other projects as assigned.
