Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mason to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and building structures using a variety of materials, primarily focusing on brick, stone, concrete, and other masonry products. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of durable, aesthetically pleasing, and high-quality projects. This position offers an exciting chance to work on diverse renovation and restoration projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and technical skills to bring architectural visions to life.

Duties
Measure, cut, and lay bricks, stones, blocks, and other masonry materials with precision and attention to detail
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to assist in material placement and site preparation
Mix mortar or concrete according to project specifications and apply caulking for sealing joints or gaps
Collaborate with team members to plan sequences of work for efficient project completion
Conduct restoration work on existing structures,



ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic quality
Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements
Proven experience in construction or masonry work with a strong understanding of building techniques
Proficiency with hand tools such as trowels, chisels, hammers, and levels
Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project implementation
Experience with renovation or restoration projects is highly desirable
Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing joints and preventing water infiltration
Robust physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
