Looking for a highly motivated individual to join Laura Canada as a Store Manager

Laura Canada is looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the team at the Kingsway Mall location. If you have a passion for fashion, customer service, team leadership, and creating an exceptional shopping experience, this could be a outstanding opportunity for you!

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Contagious passion for fashion and customer service
Minimum 3 years of experience in a store management position
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and coach a team
Ability to create a positive, energetic, and enjoyable work environment
Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach team members
Ensure exceptional customer service and a unique, memorable shopping experience
Promote company programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends
Ensure key financial objectives are achieved, including sales and other performance targets
Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage




Act as a stylist and help customers build personalized wardrobes
Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and address conflicts when required
Collaborate with merchandising teams to maintain attractive and compliant merchandise presentation
Support daily store operations, including receiving merchandise, price changes, shipping orders and transfers
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Recognized for positive leadership and a solution-oriented approach
Solid communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
