Duties
Take customer orders accurately for food and drinks, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations to ensure a welcoming workplace
Handle cash transactions with precision, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service roles, including serving or bartending positions
Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and order totals
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality mindset with a proactive approach to creating positive guest experiences
