This seasonal position runs from October 1, 2026, to mid-April 2027, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Operations. The successful candidate will supervise Pro Patrol staff, implement effective safety protocols, and work closely with emergency services.

Strong leadership and a calm demeanor in emergencies are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the Pro Patrol and liaise with emergency services
Enforce safety policies and inspect ski trails
Train and schedule staff while managing team performance




Maintain emergency equipment readiness and documentation
Conduct emergency drills and coordinate response strategies

Requirements:
2 years of ski patrol experience including leadership
Valid CPR Level C and Advanced First Aid or EMR
Robust communication and organizational skills
Intermediate ski/snowboard ability required
Ability to lift heavy loads and remain focused under pressure

Lead safety initiatives and cultivate a safety-centered setting at Rabbit Hill Snow Resort.
