In this role, you will operate under the guidance of the Manager - Food & Nutrition Services. Your tasks include serving meals to various clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and maintaining effective communication with healthcare staff.

A robust commitment to serving elderly or frail individuals and adherence to safety protocols is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage meal service with attention to quality and presentation
Ensure proper food storage and sanitary practices
Operate kitchen equipment,



including cash registers
Keep the workplace and equipment clean
Provide excellent customer service to all patrons

Requirements:
Grade ten education or equivalent
Valid Secure Food Handling certification
Enrollment in a food service training program is a plus
Previous experience in food service is beneficial
Communication and effective sanitation practices are essential
