The Prospect
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at MIC, you: Work with our Radiologists each day, reviewing cases, collaborating and learning
Are part of a team that supports and cultivates camaraderie by sharing ideas, discussing cases and supporting workload
Have additional training opportunities including PET/CT as well as opportunities in leadership
Work with up-to-date equipment Role and Responsibilities Support our 6 Nuclear Medicine departments
Perform a variety of exams including Bone scans, Renal Imaging, Myocardial Perfusion Stress Tests with SPECT/CT imaging capability at all sites
Provide exceptional patient care
Ensure patient information and relevant history is accurate and complete
Complete worksheets accurately to share with Radiologists
Excellent verbal,
written communication, and time management skills
Critical thinking, asks questions and is solution oriented
Maintain privacy and confidentiality of all patients and employees
Clean, maintain and trouble shoot equipment
Work well within a team and individually
Have good judgment and concern for detail and accuracy. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Graduate from accredited Nuclear Medicine Program
Active credentialed member of the ACMDTT and CAMRT
Current BLS certification
