Lead nuclear construction initiatives at BWXT in Chalk River, Ontario as the Vice President of Construction. Leverage your expertise to manage multi-million dollar projects and lead talented teams effectively.The Vice President of Construction will oversee significant construction projects, managing budgets of up to $1 billion for the Nuclear Laboratories Partners of Canada (NLPC) contract. This leadership role requires excellence in project lifecycle management, compliance with nuclear regulations, and solid stakeholder engagement. You'll interact with diverse teams, ensuring project safety, efficiency, and timely delivery across various aspects of construction.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project teams
Oversee planning, execution,



and delivery of large-scale projects
Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Build solid relationships with clients and stakeholdersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
At least 20 years of experience in construction
Proven leadership in managing large teams and projects
Solid nuclear industry experience
