As a Millwright Specialist at G&W; Electric, apply your expertise in maintaining and repairing manufacturing systems. This role is critical to ensuring optimal performance and reducing downtime.

We are in search of a dedicated Millwright with a valid 433-A Licence and over three years of industrial maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will work hand-in-hand with production and maintenance teams while utilizing solid knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Your problem-solving skills will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on facility assets
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and hydraulic failures
Install, align,



and move machinery using proper techniques
Read and interpret schematics and equipment manuals
Support upgrades and modifications on existing equipment

Requirements:
Holds a valid 433-A Licence (Red Seal) in Ontario
3+ years in industrial maintenance roles
Proficient in mechanical and pneumatic system analysis
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Solid problem-solving and teamwork capabilities
