CBI Home Health is seeking compassionate Nurses to engage in community-based clinical care across various locations. Duties include providing wound care, IV therapy, and tailored health education. Key Responsibilities:
Perform wound care and provide IV therapy
Administer medications and educate patients
Deliver palliative and pediatric care at home
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Support clients in accessing necessary health services

Requirements:
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Essential qualifications including CPR and First Aid certification
Qualified liability insurance needed
Experience in pediatric care an advantage
Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
