Contribute to AI governance at Mobility as a Specialist focused on developing and enforcing critical compliance standards. This hands-on role ensures responsible AI practices across the organization.

In this role, reporting to the Director of AI Architecture & Governance, you will maintain and operationalize standards related to AI use and model risk management. You'll be engaged in drafting policy updates based on regulatory tracking and ensuring compliance evidence is accurately captured.

Collaboration with various departments is essential to uphold governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain AI governance standards
Operationalize controls for training data and PII
Track regulations and update internal compliance processes
Audit AI models for completeness and adherence
Maintain compliance documentation and evidence

Requirements:
Proven experience in AI/ML governance or compliance
Familiarity with related regulatory frameworks
Skills in documentation and policy enforcement
Knowledge of GRC processes advantageous
Cross-functional collaboration experience required
