Shift: 12 hour shifts, both day and nights available.What You’ll DoPersonal Support & Daily CareLong term commitment providing care and services to a client with multiple complex needsAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingSupport mobility, walking, and safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair)Home SupportPerform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environmentPrepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needsHealth & Safety AssistanceProvide medication reminders and help monitor daily routinesComplete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare teamCompanionship & Emotional SupportEngage clients in meaningful conversation and provide reassurancePromote comfort, dignity, independence, and well-beingWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of caregiving or mental health support worker experienceTraining in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA)
