Toromont Cat is seeking a Resident Heavy Equipment Technician in the Muskoka Region. Utilize your skills to provide stellar service while prioritizing safety and quality.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will operate out of a Toromont Service truck servicing customers' heavy equipment needs. The position encompasses diagnostics and repairs while fostering trustworthy customer relationships. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement through training.

Key Responsibilities: • Utilize Caterpillar tools for mechanical diagnostics • Complete repairs within designated timeframes • Establish excellent relationships with customers on-site • Follow safety protocols and regulations diligently • Maintain the service truck in excellent condition

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in heavy machinery mechanics • At least 3 years of relevant technician experience • 421A license is a plus • Valid Driver’s License, preferably DZ • Positive attitude and solid work ethic
