Key Responsibilities:
• Transport luggage efficiently upon guest arrival/departure
• Provide accurate directions and hotel services information
• Assist guests with vehicle parking and retrieval
• Engage with guests to build positive relationships
• Respond to guest requests and complaints swiftly
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a hospitality role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid Driver's license required
• Physical capability to perform job-related tasks
