As a Team Lead, you will support the Brand Ambassador team during a large-scale community event featuring games, sampling, and activities suitable for families. Your key responsibility will be to maintain smooth operations while engaging shoppers and delivering memorable guest experiences.

This part time, contract position requires your presence for all activation dates from October 22 to 25.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide the Brand Ambassador team for effective engagement
Act as the main contact for event updates and instructions




Conduct team check-ins to clarify roles and responsibilities
Engage with families and children in a friendly manner
Oversee sampling and maintain a fun atmosphere

Requirements:
Previous Team Lead or customer service experience preferred
Robust communication and leadership skills
Valid Food Handler Certification required
Availability for all activation dates
Ability to remain engaged and energetic throughout shifts
