Key Responsibilities:
Administer contracts and validate budgets for projects
Prepare and manage monthly cost reports and change orders




Process progress draws and validate construction extras
Track shop drawings, SIs, and RFIs with consultants
Manage project meetings and distribute meeting minutes

Requirements:
Accredited construction degree or diploma
Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel
Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Valid Class G driver's license required for travel
Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork
