Welcome guests & provide outstanding customer service
Answer phones,



emails, and client inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently
Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, & professional reception area
Support daily spa tasks & work closely with our spa team
