Lead cutting-edge energy solutions as the Program Manager for Energy Conservation at Oshawa Power. This role is central to implementing demand side management across the service territory.

Reporting to the VP, Regulatory & External Affairs, you will manage projects aligning with Ontario Energy Board policies. Your solid initiative and ownership will help engage with large customers and foster sustainable energy practices. Collaborate across departments to ensure the success of conservation and planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage demand side management program implementation
• Analyze and develop energy-saving strategies for customers
• Foster relationships with local stakeholders and large customers
• Represent Oshawa Power at GTA East regional planning




• Support policy implementation related to customer connections

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree, preferably in engineering or energy
• At least 5+ years of experience in energy or utilities
• Knowledge of IESO’s Save On Energy programs
• Solid interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with grant applications is beneficial
