What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Manager, Innovation & IT, this rolefocuses on supporting end users across a range of operatingenvironments. The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to work effectivelyas part of ateam environment,



be able to adapt to changes in the operating environment and deliver in the following areas:

Work with the System Administrator to provide Level 1 & 2 user support and training across users in the organization

Communicate effectively with users to diagnose and resolve technical problems

Configure user hardware and conduct periodic maintenance

Manage system administration tasks in a variety of applications

Escalate support issues to external partners where applicable and coordinate the resolution of these issues with internal stakeholders

Provide training and support to users on new systems and technologies

Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions

Support the IT needs of other functional areas within the organization

Adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected issues

Support other functions as assigned

About you:

Degree, diploma, or certification in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or a related field

Minimum of two years demonstrable IT experience

Experienceproviding end user supportin a managedITenvironment A practical understanding of cyber security processes

Experience working with cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft 365, Windows Active Directory,



Salesforce & Google Workspace

Experience creating and managing AI agents

An understanding of, or experience working in a sprinting environment

A motivated, self-starter who brings positive energy into the workplace

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills

Ability to work in a team environment, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and tasks

Skilled at learning new technology and supporting their introduction into the workplace

Salary Range: $56,500 – $65,000 annually, depending on skills and years of experience.
