Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Joint Council calendar and schedule meetings • Draft and review important correspondence for leadership • Assist with budgeting, expenses, and financial records • Maintain records related to Chief and Council's work • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and requests
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in an administrative role • Experience within an Indigenous community for at least 1 year • High school diploma or equivalent required • Understanding of political office protocols preferred • Advanced Google Workspace skills needed
