BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for aProduct Delivery Manager(on a 6-month contract) to join our team. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our Toronto office.Who we areBIMM is a Toronto-based agency that lives at the intersection of data, technology and creativity to provide clients with high-performing campaigns and digital products that shape connected customer experiences. We’ve helped our clients implement fully integrated CRM customer journeys, built robust digital experiences and created national loyalty programs with decades of experience across automotive, financial, telco and retail. We are creative realists, which means our ideas and solutions are grounded in the realities of our clients’ businesses. We believe big ideas are nothing without big results (and flawless execution); high-performing agencies deliver high-performing campaigns, products and experiences; and the best solutions happen when we collaborate with clients as partners. This is an existing vacancy, not a made-up role — this one’s already got a desk waitingWho we’re looking forYou’re the person who can look at a complicated digital initiative and quickly figure out how we’re actually going to get it done. You’re equal parts organized operator, problem solver and client partner — comfortable connecting the dots between product, design, technology, timelines and budgets.Yes, you probably have a mildly unhealthy appreciation for a well-maintained project plan. But you also know great delivery isn’t just about checking boxes and updating Jira. You understand the product we’re building, why it matters to the client and the user, and what trade-offs need to be made when reality inevitably gets in the way of the plan. You’ve led cross-functional teams through the digital product development lifecycle and know how to create clarity when there are competing priorities, shifting requirements and lots of people involved. You’re proactive, you communicate early, and when something is at risk, you’re already thinking about the recovery plan — not just the status update.ResponsibilitiesProduct DeliveryOwn end-to-end product delivery, working across Product, Design, Engineering and QA to move digital products and features from kickoff through launch and beyond.Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product priorities and roadmaps intoclear, executable delivery plans, while protecting space for Product to focus on customer needs, outcomes and longer-term strategy.Facilitate planning, estimation and prioritization conversations with Product, Design and Technology, ensuring commitments are achievable and teams are aligned before work begins.Partner with QA, Product and Technology to ensure appropriateQA, UAT, release readiness and launch planningare in place before work goes live.Bring a product mentality to delivery by understanding the client’s business objectives and ensuring the team isn’t only shipping outputs, but working toward meaningful outcomes.Project ManagementBuild and maintain delivery plans that connectscope, milestones, dependencies, resources and timelines, ensuring teams understand what needs to happen, when and why.Maintain visibility into the health of the engagement and proactively surfacerisks, blockers,

dependencies and trade-offsbefore they become surprises.Establish and maintain the project operating rhythm, ensuring ceremonies, status reporting, decision-making and cross-functional collaboration are purposeful and help move the team forward.Manage scope throughout the engagement, identifying changes early and clearly communicating their impact ontimelines, budget, resources and priorities .Coordinate delivery across internal teams, client teams and third‑party partners, ensuring handoffs and dependencies don’t become bottlenecks.Bring structure to ambiguity. When priorities shift or something doesn’t go according to plan, help the team establish a clear path forward rather than simply documenting the problem.Continuously look for ways to improve how we deliver — from smarter processes and better tooling to thoughtful use ofAI and automationthat reduces administrative work and gives teams more time to solve meaningful problems.Account & Commercial ManagementLead the operational side of project delivery, includingcapacity planning, resource coordination, budget tracking, forecasting and utilization, working closely with theAccount Management team to maintain visibility into project financials, resourcing needs and overall engagement health .Partner with Account Management to monitorproject burn, budget performance and forecasts, identifying potential financial or resourcing concerns early.Support Account Management in assessing the delivery implications ofnew requests, scope changes and emerging client needs, helping determine impacts to effort, budget and team capacity.Provide the delivery inputs needed to supportfinancial reporting, resource planning and engagement forecasting, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in the realities of the work.Client & Team LeadershipBe a key point of contact for client stakeholders, setting clear expectations aroundscope, timelines, dependencies, decisions and delivery health .Keep clients informed without overwhelming them — translating delivery complexity into clear, concise updates that make it easy to understandwhat’s going well, what needs attention and what decisions are required .Build strong working relationships across client and internal teams, helping Product, Design, Technology, QA and Account Management stay aligned around shared priorities.Proactively facilitate conversations when alignment is needed, bringing the right people together to resolve blockers, make decisions and keep delivery moving.Create an environment where teams have theclarity, context and supportthey need to do their best work.Requirements4+ years of experience indigital product delivery, digital project management, product management, program delivery or a similar client-facing role .Proven experience delivering websites, mobile applications, platforms or other complex digital products through the full software development lifecycle.Strong understanding ofAgile product development,

with hands‑on experience working with Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery models.Demonstrated ability to build and manage project plans acrossscope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones and dependencies .Experience managing project financials, includingbudget tracking, burn, forecasting and resource utilization .Strong client relationship experience, with confidence communicating with stakeholders ranging from day‑to‑day working teams to senior leadership.Working knowledge of the digital product development lifecycle and enough technical fluency to participate in conversations aboutarchitecture, APIs, integrations, environments, releases and technical dependencies .Experience supportingQA, UAT and production release processes .Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn a lot of complicated information into a clear answer to: Where are we? What’s at risk? What do we need to do next?Exceptional organization and attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.Comfort operating in a fast‑paced agency environment where you may need to navigate changing priorities, multiple stakeholders and a healthy amount of ambiguity.A bias toward action. You don’t wait for problems to resolve themselves — you bring the right people together, create clarity and help move the work forward.Nice to havePrevious experience working in adigital agency, consultancy or professional services environment .Experience managing large-scale or multi-workstream digital engagements.Familiarity with tools such asJira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub and Microsoft 365 .Experience working with distributed development teams, external vendors or multiple agency partners.Experience usingAI-assisted tools or automationto improve project operations, reporting, documentation or team workflows. What’s in it for you?Culture: Our squad is fun, friendly and entirely egoless.
