Strathcona Resources Ltd. is seeking a Plant Operator for its Lloydminster Thermal Operations team. The role requires 1st Class or 3rd Class Power Engineer background, with emphasis on SAGD/CSS operations, safety leadership, and hands-on process control. The successful candidate will operate thermal processing equipment, perform field rounds, and participate in safety meetings while ensuring production targets and safety standards are met. Relocation to Luseland/Unity area may be required.
