Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a friendly, positive first impression to clients
• Efficiently resolve client inquiries and issues
• Support the organization and scheduling of classes
• Maintain accurate attendance records for the swim program
• Update clients on changes to schedules and classes

Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in sales or customer service roles
• 1+ years in an administrative capacity
• Current Standard First Aid Award preferred
• Valid police check for vulnerable sector
• Competence with MS Office and iClassPro
