Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive fan service in a professional manner
• Assist in emergency situations and follow safety protocols
• Report and evaluate all incidents promptly
• Ensure compliance with MLSE house policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and fans

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Security License (Bill C-159) required
• Previous security experience mandatory
• First Aid/CPR training essential
• Smart Serve certification required
