You will also oversee junior staff and participate in business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical analyses and project reviews
Provide project guidance in scheduling and documentation
Mentor and support junior engineers in the field
Develop proposals and client relationships
Ensure project goals align with client expectationsRequirements:
Civil or Geological Engineering degree required
At least 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering
Solid communication and organizational skills
Valid Class 5 driver’s license for site travel
