As a Kitchen Helper, you will work under the guidance of the Executive Chef and support various kitchen tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning dishware, pots, pans, and utensils while ensuring sanitary conditions in the kitchen area. The role requires physical stamina, efficiency in cleaning tasks, and the ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, pots, and kitchen tools
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines efficiently
• Ensure the kitchen area is sanitized and organized
• Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen floors regularly
• Monitor and refill cleaning chemicals as needed
