About the Role

Pockit Self Storage is one of Manitoba’s leading self-storage providers, and we’re looking for a motivated, sales-minded team member to join us. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive occupancy, help customers find the right storage solution, and keep our facilities running at their best — all in a largely independent work setting with real room to grow.

What You’ll Do
Manage rentals and occupancy by presenting available units, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads consistently to explore every opportunity to convert inquiries into rentals.
Prepare and manage rental agreements and contracts.
Process rental payments.
Participate in vendor management and Accounts Payable processes.
Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize outstanding balances.
Maintaining units and general curb appeal.




Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met.
Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain the facility to Company standards.

Who We’re Looking For
Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Sales-oriented with strong communication and customer-facing skills
Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong computer proficiency.
Bonus if you have experience in: retail, rentals, sales, hotel/property management, or a keyholder/supervisory role — but not required!
