Under the guidance of the Team Housing Manager, you will ensure the cleanliness and functionality of employee housing. Juggling custodial work with light repairs and clerical duties, you’ll play a crucial role in creating an inviting space for staff. Your willingness to learn and collaborate will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas
• Assist with minor repairs like drywall patching and painting
• Support data entry and management of Team Housing information




• Conduct regular facility inspections for upkeep
• Participate in landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn new maintenance and custodial skills
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Comfort with using tools (training provided)
• Solid ability to focus on detail and responsibilities
• Previous custodial or maintenance experience a plus
