Markage is seeking an Associate Computer Network Technician for an in office position. You'll provide support for network-connected devices and assist users with connectivity issues. This role requires clear communication and reliable follow-through as you maintain technical records and assist with escalated issues under established procedures.

Key Responsibilities: • Support configuration and maintenance of network devices • Troubleshoot wired, wireless,



and VPN connectivity issues • Assist with user accounts and device onboarding • Document incidents and troubleshooting steps clearly • Follow security and change-control procedures diligently

Requirements: • Basic knowledge of computer networks and operating systems • Valid Dex Associate Certification (DEX-ASC) • Ability to document work accurately • Comfort in escalating complex problems • Experience in a technical support role preferred
