US Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled IT skilled for a 12-month contract in Ottawa, ON. The role focuses on deploying, maintaining, and upgrading Windows server environments, both on-premise and in the cloud, with Level 2 support for critical Bank environments.
Responsibilities include ticket-based support via ServiceNOW, creating SOPs, and driving automation and infrastructure as code using Ansible, Terraform and Azure. Excellent documentation and multitasking are essential.
