We are looking for experienced Dozer Operators to execute various earthwork projects. This long-term position involves working on D6T through D10 dozers for tasks like reclamation and pad building. A minimum of three years’ recent experience along with relevant safety certifications is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute heavy civil tasks: stripping, grading, and building roads
• Adhere to project specifications for grading independently
• Conduct equipment safety checks and communicate issues




• Use a two-way radio for explicit communication with personnel
• Complete job safety analyses each shift

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience operating dozers in construction
• Valid safety certifications including First Aid and H2S Alive
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass the fitness screening
• Comfortable with living in camp for rotational shifts
• CSA approved safety boots and valid driver’s licence
