Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you’ll collaborate with a small team to craft engaging and human-centric messaging. Your expertise will guide the development of content for HR policies, Total Rewards programs, and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary counsel for People and Culture communications
• Lead strategies for annual HR and Total Rewards programs
• Develop campaigns supporting wellness and IDEA initiatives




• Create communication toolkits for people leaders
• Mentor and guide a team of communication professionals

Requirements:
• 5–8 years in internal or corporate communications
• Strong HR knowledge of compensation and performance management
• Ability to translate technical HR jargon into transparent messaging
• Organizational skills for managing overlapping campaigns
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive communications
