MUST HAVES:
Demonstrated experience in leading large scale enterprise-level (multi-ministry) change initiatives.
Ability to develop and implement change strategies in multi-stakeholder settings, aligned with enterprise IT goals.
Ability to create and execute multi-year change roadmaps for the business stakeholders
Experience developing communication plans and craft explicit, compelling materials (e.g., decks, newsletters, FAQs) for diverse audience, including executive-level communications, able to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Experience conducting workshops, briefings, and training sessions
