Rockwell is seeking to hire a Landscape team lead to join our team and assist with a variety of outdoor landscaping projects. This role involves hands-on work in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a solid work ethic, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Must have operating experience
MUST be able to tow trailer
MUST have Valid drivers license.
Must be able to finish grade
Must have a general understanding of base works and landscaping
able to follow instructions and read grade stakes/drawings
able to comply with OHS regulations
have a qualified and courteous attitude
be able to pass criminal record check
candidates with experience in other equipment such as mini excavators/mini skid steers would be an asset
Wage dependent on experience. Advantages after 3 Months
