You’ll manage tax compliance, provisions, and contribute to business development analyses related to potential acquisitions. Your role is vital in ensuring adherence to legislation and optimizing tax strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex US tax compliance and provisions
• Manage US tax audits and tax forecasting activities
• Review cross-border transaction strategies and tax impacts




• Ensure adherence to SOX and legislative compliance
• Train and manage US tax team workflows

Requirements:
• Master of Taxation and CPA designation mandatory
• Minimum 7 years accounting/finance experience, 5+ years in tax
• Extensive US corporate tax knowledge in public companies
• Proven analysis experience in M&A; and audits
• Solid leadership capabilities
