What you will do:
Work one-on-one with an assigned patients (full time 40 hour day or night shifts are available)




Ensure quality and protected delivery of home health nursing services.
Communicate with RN Case Manager and physician, as appropriate, on a regular basis regarding changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
Assist the RN in carrying out the plan of care.

Skills, education, and experience:
Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
LVN Experienced
Licensed as an LVN by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.
