Construct job architecture and establish salary bands
Manage the annual compensation cycle including equity refresh
Develop clear grant guidelines for option and RSU programs




Conduct thorough benchmarking against industry standards
Communicate the value of equity to current hires and employeesRequirements:
Experience in either compensation design or equity management
Skills in handling 409A valuations and grant processes
Understanding of pay equity and transparency principles
