Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate engineer dispatching based on ticket and site requirements • Manage schedules for site visits and urgent service requests • Monitor ticket progress and ensure detailed updates from engineers • Collaborate with customers and escalate when needed • Provide SLA reporting and track pending tickets

Requirements: • 2+ years in IT support or field service coordination • Experience with multiple site management across locations • Solid understanding of IT troubleshooting practices • Preferred familiarity with ServiceNow or similar tools • Exceptional communication and detail-oriented skills
